Helping People Understand Retirement Systems — Clearly and Without Pressure
Anchorvest was founded with a simple purpose: to make the information around retirement and pension structures more accessible to individuals and organisations in Thailand.
← Back to HomeWhere Anchorvest Began
Anchorvest grew from a straightforward observation: many people living and working in Thailand — both Thai nationals and long-term expatriates — find it difficult to understand how the country's retirement and pension systems are structured. Documents can be dense, terminology can be opaque, and access to clear, impartial, non-commercial information is harder to find than it should be.
The organisation was set up to address that gap by offering structured group sessions — not as a substitute for professional advice, but as a starting point. A place where participants can learn what the relevant structures look like, what the key documents refer to, and where they can go next to find official information.
Based in Pattaya, Chon Buri, Anchorvest works with individuals at different stages of their working lives as well as with HR departments at companies across the Eastern Seaboard region.
Inform, Not Advise
Every session Anchorvest delivers is designed around one principle: the more clearly people understand the general landscape of retirement structures, the better positioned they are to have productive conversations with the professionals who handle their specific circumstances.
We do not offer financial planning services. We do not make recommendations about individual cases. Our role is purely educational — to present publicly available information in an organised, accessible format, and to provide take-away materials participants can refer to after the session.
Participants are always encouraged to follow up with appropriately qualified professionals before taking any steps.

How We Approach Every Session
These principles guide every aspect of how Anchorvest prepares and delivers its programmes.
Scope Clarity
The educational scope of each session is stated clearly at the outset. Participants understand from the beginning that no individual advice is being given.
Public Sources Only
All reference material is drawn from publicly available government and institutional sources. Sessions do not promote any commercial product or service.
Data Handling
Participant registration details are held securely, used only for session coordination, and are not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Content Review
Session materials are reviewed periodically to reflect any changes in the publicly available information on which they are based.
Participant Feedback
Each session closes with a short feedback form. Responses inform how topics are explained in future sessions to ensure clarity is consistently improving.
No Commercial Referrals
Anchorvest does not receive referral fees or commissions from any third-party service providers. We recommend participants seek independent professional guidance.
Retirement Information as a Shared Resource
There is a great deal of public information about how Thailand's retirement-related systems work — from the Social Security Fund framework and the provident fund structures that many employers operate, through to the documentation that individuals may encounter at various points in their working lives. That information exists. It is accessible. What is often missing is a clear, organised presentation of it in a context where people feel comfortable asking questions.
That is the space Anchorvest occupies. Our sessions are not a replacement for a licensed financial adviser, an accountant, or a legal professional. They are a structured orientation — a way of building a foundation of general understanding before those professional conversations take place, so that participants arrive better prepared and better able to ask the right questions.
For HR teams, the employer programme addresses a common challenge: staff often do not have a clear picture of how the retirement benefits their company provides fit into the wider landscape. Communicating this clearly — without crossing into individual advice — is something many HR departments find difficult to do consistently. Anchorvest provides a framework and materials to help with that communication task.
Whether you are an individual planning ahead, someone navigating paperwork for the first time, or an HR manager looking for a structured way to brief your staff, Anchorvest's workshops offer a calm, reference-based starting point — one that respects your ability to decide what to do next.
