1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry the meanings given below:

• "Anchorvest", "we", "us", "our" — the business operating educational retirement information workshops, located at 153 Beach Road, Pattaya, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand.
• "You", "user", "participant" — any individual or organisation using this website, submitting an enquiry, or attending a workshop.
• "Services" — the educational workshops, programmes, and informational materials offered by Anchorvest.
• "Content" — all text, materials, reference documents, presentations, checklists, and other information produced or distributed by Anchorvest.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or registering for a workshop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or register for any session.

3. Description of Services

Anchorvest provides educational workshops and informational programmes related to retirement systems and document organisation. Our current offerings include:

• Retirement-System Orientation Seminar (฿3,910) — A plain-language group session covering general retirement structures in Thailand. Educational in nature; includes a take-home reference pack drawn from public sources.
• Document Organisation Workshop (฿7,310) — A hands-on session focused on gathering, labelling, and storing personal records. Includes reusable checklists and folder templates.
• Group Information Programme for Employers (฿11,730) — A multi-session programme for HR teams, covering how to communicate general retirement-benefit information to staff. Includes presentation materials for internal reuse.

All sessions are informational and educational only. We do not provide financial, legal, or any other regulated advice, and no session should be interpreted as such. Session availability and scheduling are subject to change; we will communicate any amendments directly.

4. User Responsibilities

When using this website or attending our sessions, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting any enquiry or registration
• Use the website and session materials only for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes
• Treat facilitators and other participants with courtesy and respect
• Refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent from Anchorvest
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise session materials without our explicit written permission

We reserve the right to decline an enquiry or remove a participant from a session if conduct is disruptive or these Terms are breached.

5. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Anchorvest — including workshop materials, reference packs, checklists, templates, and website content — remains our intellectual property or is used with appropriate permission.

Materials distributed at workshops are licensed for your personal or internal organisational use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them commercially or publicly without prior written consent. This does not restrict your use of publicly available information cited in our materials, which you are free to access directly from the original sources.

6. Payment & Cancellation

Payment

Session fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable prior to attendance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices may be updated; the fee applicable to you will be confirmed at the time of registration.

Cancellation by Participant

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session date: full refund of fees paid
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before the session date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the session date: no refund, though you may transfer your place to another person with advance notice

Cancellation by Anchorvest

If we cancel or postpone a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date. We are not liable for any costs you may incur as a result of a cancellation (for example, travel or accommodation expenses).

7. Disclaimers

Anchorvest workshops are educational and informational in nature. They do not constitute and should not be relied upon as financial, legal, taxation, investment, or any other form of regulated professional advice.

Information shared in sessions is drawn from publicly available sources and is intended to help you understand general systems and processes. Individual circumstances vary considerably; we always encourage participants to consult appropriately qualified professionals for matters specific to their own situations.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations that the content is complete, error-free, or current at all times, though we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Anchorvest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or attendance at our sessions, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or reliance on information provided.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the session to which the claim relates. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anchorvest, its facilitators, and staff against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our content, or any false or misleading information you have provided.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship under these Terms at any time. If you breach these Terms, we may, without notice, restrict your access to future sessions and decline further registrations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and liability limitations) will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith informal discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to mediation or the courts of competent jurisdiction in Chon Buri, Thailand.

12. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anchorvest with respect to the subject matter herein.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
• Notices: Official notices under these Terms should be sent to [email protected].

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Continued use of our website or attendance at a session following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
